Our quality system can be summed up into Deming's wheel:
- Plan: Analyze the problem and decide what to
- Do: Realize the activities planned
- Check: Check if that activities made resolve the problem
- Act: If the check is positive, make a schedule of the activities to do for resolve the problem
Time
Every project we do is planned with the customer and made into the time planned with him.
